Privacy notice

How Trade Finder SA handles personal information under POPIA.

Tradespeople who are listed

We publish the details a tradesperson gives us, with their consent: name, business name, trade, phone and WhatsApp number, services, areas covered, photos and (optionally) a registration number. We use them only to show the listing and to produce the QR sign for their board. A listing can be paused or deleted at any time by contacting us; on deletion their personal details and photos are erased.

People who visit a listing

We count visits and taps on Call/WhatsApp so tradespeople can see how their board performs. We do not store your IP address or browser details. We keep only your device type (phone or computer) and a short anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@piecejobconnect.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we respond you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
